The XRC-U100 is a 10.1-inch fiber optic controller specifically designed for drones and robots. With its outstanding robustness, it can handle various complex and demanding operation scenarios with ease. This controller achieves an IP67 protection rating, effectively resisting dust intrusion and short-term immersion in water, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments. At the same time, it has passed the MIL-STD-810G drop test, featuring excellent drop resistance and the ability to withstand the impact of accidental drops, providing reliable equipment protection for outdoor operations, complex environment inspections and other scenarios.

Excellent performance

In terms of system performance, the XRC-U100 is equipped with high-performance hardware configuration and multi-system support, providing a smooth and efficient operation experience for device control. It is equipped with a Qualcomm 6nm processor and an Adreno 642L graphics card, offering excellent graphics rendering speed and effectively reducing processing overhead. It also supports variable rate shading and other functions to optimize the visual experience. Equipped with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage space, it can meet the demands of large data storage and high-speed operation without additional expansion. The system is equipped with Android 14 by default, and Windows and Linux systems can be selected to meet the software operation requirements in different scenarios, offering extremely high flexibility.

The XRC-U100 is equipped with a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display which combines clear display with convenient operation and is suitable for a variety of complex visual environments. The screen resolution is as high as 1920×1200, presenting a fine and clear display. Paired with a brightness of 1000 nits, the operation interface and transmitted images can be clearly viewed even in strong outdoor light conditions. It adopts a 10-point capacitive touch screen, supporting operation while wearing gloves and in damp environments, significantly enhancing the convenience of outdoor work. The screen surface can be equipped with anti-reflective (AR), anti-glare (AG), and anti-fingerprint (AF) coatings as required, further optimizing the visual experience and reducing environmental interference.

The rich communication methods and powerful transmission capacity, combined with the unique optical fiber communication technology, enable the XRC-U100 to achieve stable control over long distances and with strong anti-interference capabilities. The controller supports dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi (compatible with 802.11a /b/g/n/ac), and can be optionally equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 for short-range wireless connection and data transmission. Optional 4G LTE function is available. Access the network through the SIM card slot to expand the network coverage. Its RF transmission supports dual frequency bands of 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz, adopts automatic frequency hopping modulation, and is equipped with 16 integrated video/data/telemetry channels. Under CE/FCC standards, the RF power is 23dBm for both, and the line-of-sight ground-to-air transmission distance can reach 5-30km. It is also equipped with an anti-interference optical fiber communication wired link, which can effectively avoid electronic interference and ensure stable and reliable signal transmission.

Long battery life and rich IO interfaces

The XRC-U100 boasts ample battery life and a rich array of I/O interfaces and control components, fully meeting the demands of long-term operation and diverse connection and operation requirements. In terms of power supply, it is equipped with a 20000mAh large-capacity lithium battery, which can achieve continuous operation for 6 to 8 hours. It supports USB Type-C interface PD 33W fast charging, which can quickly replenish power and reduce charging waiting time. In terms of interfaces and control, it is equipped with two 2.4GHz/5.8GHz dual-band foldable 4dBi gain antennas, as well as various interfaces such as PPM input/output, RJ45 Ethernet, SIM card slot, Type-C/DP (charging/data/video output), USB-A, optical fiber (FC), etc. It also has one built-in microphone and one speaker. The control components include 2 main joysticks, 2 mini joysticks, 2 three-position toggle switches, 2 auxiliary knobs, as well as a power button, a return (RTH) button and 4 function keys. The operation is convenient and the functions are comprehensive.

In terms of protocol integration, mechanical specifications, environmental adaptability and compliance, the XRC-U100 also performs outstandingly and is suitable for various professional scenarios. In terms of protocols and integration, it supports the MAVLink protocol, provides SDK development support, and can be used for customized software, system integration, and protocol development. It is compatible with unmanned aerial vehicle systems based on MAVLink such as QGroundControl and Mission Planner, and can also be adapted to the MAVROS2 extension to achieve efficient communication. In terms of mechanical specifications, it measures 346×196.5×89.4mm and weighs 1500g, balancing portability and stability. In terms of environmental adaptability, the operating temperature range is -10℃ to 55℃, and the storage temperature range is -20℃ to 50℃.
